PREPARACION
En un Bowl poner Vinagre, Agua (jugo de naranja natural ), y 1 taza de Sazonador (LA SAL, AL SAZON DE POLA) Tacos al Pastor.
Mezclar perfectamente hasta formar un adobo homogéneo mezclar con la carne y dejar reposar mínimo 6 a 8 horas en Refrigerador PERFECTAMENTE TAPADO (puede dejarse marinando toda la noche)
Cocimiento: puede ser a la plancha, a la parrilla, sartén, o asarla al carbón, ahí es cuando agregas la piña para que se hace o dore con la carne.
Se acompaña con cebolla picada, cilantro, jugo de limón, cebolla morada curtida con chile habanero, piña, tortilla de maíz o harina y salsa de su preferencia.
