Calamar al vino blanco

Tiempo de preparación 20 minutos.


900 gr de calamar

2 dientes de ajo

6 jitomates Cherry picados a la mitad

½ cebolla chica finamente picada

1 taza de vino blanco

1 cucharadita de tu sazonador favorito SOPICALDO

2 cucharaditas de perejil fresco picado

4 cucharadas de mantequilla SIN SAL


En un sartén freír la cebolla y el ajo en la mantequilla, hasta que la cebolla cambie de color, se le agrega el jitomate y el calamar cocer durante 5 minutos.

Pasado los 5 minutos se le agrega el vino, se cose hasta que se consuma todo el vino, al final se le agrega el perejil fresco.

Se acompaña con arroz blanco y ensalada verde.
